Qianqian Li finished his PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 2022 at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). Before that he had studied at Tongji University (China) and Politecnico di Milano for the Bachelor’s degree. He received the qualifications of his Master’s degree from Politecnico di Milano and Politecnico di Torino (Italy).

The main topic of Qianqian Li’s research is the dynamics, vibrations, and noise of mechanical systems. The main context is the railway engineering, especially the track dynamics. He has been involved in several projects in direct collaboration with industry whose issues range from the railway ride comfort, the swithches and crossings, and the tram curve squeal, etc.

讲座内容简介

Most of the available train-track interaction modelling does not take into consideration the nonlinearities of resilient track components, which are in fact widely acknowledged by railway engineers. The seminar presents a practice of a three-step methodology which can be applied to account for the nonlinearities in the train-track dynamic interaction simulation in time domain. The rail support of an Embedded Rail System (ERS) is taken as the reference component and its frequency- and preload-dependent dynamic properties in vertical direction are studied. Firstly, the dynamic properties of the components are characterized by laboratory tests with a purposely built test rig that is carefully designed so that the dynamic properties can be correctly determined up to 120 Hz. Secondly, a rheological model of the non-linear dynamic properties is developed based on the experimental results and is able to reproduce and predict the dynamic behaviour of the reference component. The developed model is then integrated to a track model. Thirdly, train-track dynamic interaction simulations are performed and the effects of the modelled nonlinearities on track responses are studied. The modelled nonlinearities lead to remarkable differences of the rail vibration in the ranges of 50 – 70 Hz and 160 – 200 Hz, which correspond to the frequencies of wheelset-rail coupled mode of vibration and track cut-on frequency.

418日下午,城市轨道交通学院邀请意大利米兰理工大学机械工程学院李潜前博士为师生作了一场题为“Train-track dynamic interaction modelling including nonlinearities of resilient track components”的学术讲座。讲座由圣小珍教授主持。

此次讲座主讲人李潜前博士,本科毕业于同济大学,硕士毕业于米兰理工大学和意大利都灵理工大学,博士毕业于意大利米兰理工大学,现为意大利米兰理工机械工程学院博士后。李博士长期从事机械系统动力学、振动和噪声的研究。重点研究方向为铁路乘坐舒适性、道岔和交叉口以及有轨电车的轨道非线性理论

会上,李博士为大家分享其博士及博士后期间的研究工作。首先李博士解释现有大多数的列车-轨道相互作用模型都没有考虑弹性轨道部件的非线性。为了弥补这方面的空白,李博士开展了轨道部件非线性的相关研究。李博士所提出的模型是以嵌入式轨道系统(ERS)作为研究对象,探究其垂直方向上的频率和负载下的相关动态特性。其建立的非线性动态特性流变模型,能够再现和预测对象的动态行为。通过仿真列车-轨道动态相互作用,研究非线性对轨道响应的影响。得出非线性导致的轨道振动在50–70 Hz160–200 Hz范围内有显著差异。李潜前博士丰富的学识、解决科学问题的独特思路,令在座师生大受启发。

会后,参与学术讲座的师生积极与李潜前博士讨论列车-轨道相互作用的理论,建立非线性弹性轨道部件模型及其特征提取与分离方面的相关问题。会议现场气氛热烈,在场师生都认真倾听学习了讲座内容,进一步开阔了学术视野。
